FAQ

1. Can I track my order?

Orders shipping via DHL/GLS/ recorded can be tracked on line. Tracking details are supplied in the dispatch email you will receive one we ship your item.


2. Where do we deliver to?

We currently only ship to the mainland UK and Ireland.


3. I have no Pay Pal account is there another option?

We can accept payment via Bank Transfer or a URL link up to the value of €150.00


4. Can I change my delivery address?

No we will only ship to your verified Paypal address (this is the default address you have entered in your PayPal account) payment via Bank Transfer can ship to an alt address.


5. Can you send a invoice before payment?

Invoice is sent once checkout is fully completed and payment is received.


6. Can I collect my item?

Yes we have a collection point setup from our facility in Dublin. Please arrange day and time with customer care before collection.


7. Can I view the unit before buying?

Unfortunately we only have an on line shop. If you choose to pickup your order the unit can be inspected upon collection.


8. Can I pay cash on delivery or on collection?

We do not accept cash. All order must be paid for before Collection / Delivery.


9. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7days after the unit you are returning has been received by us.

10. The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?

Contact us (details below) and we will issue a returns number and return details.
